Tempus Aircraft Sales & Service (TASS) is headquartered in Denver, CO at the Centennial Airport (APA). Our 36,000 square foot facility houses our sales, service, and parts departments. We have satellite sales offices in Austin, TX and Santa Ana, CA.
The TASS brokerage service specializes in aircraft market research and analysis, aircraft listing services, aircraft acquisition services, and contracting and documentation.
For aircraft maintenance services, TASS is the largest Pilatus service facility in the world and a licensed FAA Part 145 Repair Station (FAA # 2TPR844B) with Product Manufacturing Authority (PMA) for several thousand aircraft components. We provide maintenance domestically and internationally and can service a diverse array of aircraft. We regularly handle 100-hour inspections, annuals, and time and year item inspections for PC- 12s and the entire line of Piper models. Additionally, we work with our aircraft owners to incorporate service bulletin compliance into their scheduled service center visits.

Tempus Flight Solutions (TFS) operates the charter brokerage business and aircraft management program for Tempus. TFS provides on-demand charter options for retail clients on aircraft ranging from turbo-prop to heavy jets for both domestic and international travel; and also offers a jet card program for clients that have a recurring set of travel routes. These charter options provide clients with two price structures to best meet respective financial and reservation requirements. Each charter trip is different, rather than being locked into a particular aircraft category TFS is able to provide in-fleet charter as well as supplemental lift options offering clients various aircraft, amenity and price options.
For existing aircraft owners, TFS provides custom management programs including administrative oversight, pilot services, aeronautical licensing, maintenance programs and flight planning. TFS’s management service removes the burden of daily aircraft minutia allowing owners to maximize personal endeavors.
Tempus Applied Solutions provides customized aircraft engineering, integration and operations solutions that support critical missions of the United States Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. intelligence agencies, foreign governments, heads of state and others worldwide. Tempus Applied Solutions designs and implements special mission aircraft modifications related to intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, new generation command, control and communications systems and VIP interior components and provides ongoing operational support including flight crews and maintenance services to customers. In addition, we specialize in transitioning undervalued and underutilized aircraft to alternative configurations that are then used for more profitable special mission purposes.
